Tôi đang gặp phải một vấn đề nghiêm trọng khi cố gắng đăng nhập vào ứng dụng Zoom của mình. Sau khi nhập đúng địa chỉ email và mật khẩu (hoặc sử dụng phương thức đăng nhập khác), tôi liên tục nhận được thông báo lỗi với mã 1132, và không thể đăng nhập thành công vào tài khoản.

  • Thiết bị đang sử dụng: MacBook Air M2

  • Hệ điều hành: macOS Sonoma 14.5

  • Phiên bản ứng dụng Zoom: 6.5.6 (60177)

  • Thời điểm xảy ra lỗi: Lỗi này xảy ra mỗi khi tôi cố gắng đăng nhập.

Các bước tôi đã thử để khắc phục nhưng không thành công:

  1. Kiểm tra kết nối Internet: Đảm bảo kết nối Wi-Fi ổn định và thử với các mạng khác.

  2. Khởi động lại MacBook: Đã thử khởi động lại máy nhiều lần.

  3. Cập nhật ứng dụng Zoom: Đảm bảo rằng tôi đang sử dụng phiên bản Zoom mới nhất (6.5.6).

  4. Gỡ cài đặt và cài đặt lại Zoom: Đã gỡ bỏ hoàn toàn ứng dụng Zoom và tải xuống phiên bản mới nhất từ trang web chính thức để cài đặt lại.

  5. Thử đăng nhập trên trình duyệt web: Tôi vẫn có thể đăng nhập và sử dụng Zoom bình thường qua trình duyệt web, nhưng không thể đăng nhập trên ứng dụng trên MacBook.

  6. Tương tác với Chatbot của Zoom: Chatbot không thể cung cấp giải pháp cụ thể cho mã lỗi 1132 và chỉ đưa ra các tùy chọn đăng nhập chung.

Tôi rất mong nhận được sự hỗ trợ để khắc phục lỗi 1132 này trên ứng dụng Zoom của mình.

So during a Zoom meeting, from time to time we want to clear the Zoom chat and start fresh. I have the ability to delete individual messages in chat, but really need one "Clear Chat History" ability that clears them all in one fell swoop. Is the possible in Zoom? I have a Business Account, so no worries on that end.

The Suspend participant activities option would be much more useful if there were an easier way to revert back to the settings in place before suspending activities. Ideally, there would be an accompanying option like Resume participant activities that would turn the settings back on that are unchecked by using the option. Failing that option, the behavior of the Host tools menu needs to be changed so that the menu stays up while the host rechecks the options that were in place. Current behaviot of the Host tools menu is check an item, menu dissappears. Need the menu to stay up so I can quickly recheck the options and not have to bring the menu up and check one option at a time.

Resolved! Individual audio and video tracks for editing

Okay. So do I have this right? If I record to the cloud I can get the main video feed along with the gallery video feed, but not individual video feeds and not individual audio feeds.

OTOH, if I record locally, I can get individual audio feeds, but only the main video feed?

This makes no sense. Is there no way of being able to record and download:
--  The main video feed
-- The main audio feed
-- The Gallery video Feed
-- Each individual video feed
-- And, each individual audio feed?

As an editor, it would make life so much easier to have all of these feeds to work with  rather than having to choose between having individual audio and individual video. 

If anyone knows a way of getting all of this, please share. I'd greatly appreciate it because it makes absolutely no sense on Zoom's part to make me choose between audio and video B-Roll.

Resolved! Can I have 2 schedulers

We are a small community.  We have 2 boards that want to use Zoom meetings.  Can I have 2 schedulers without paying for 2 separate accounts?  If so, how do I do this?

I scheduled a meeting. Why can't clients directly join via the meeting link I shared on their mobile devices? Do mobile users have to download the app to join the meeting?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate Zoom into my website. Currently, when I click on the Zoom link, it either opens in a new tab or requires using an iframe — but I want to open the Zoom meeting directly within my website, without using an iframe or redirecting to a new tab.

Is there any recommended way or SDK/API that allows embedding the Zoom meeting inside my website like a native component?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.
