Zoom running after leaving meeting

When I leave a meeting and close zoom, it stays running in the background and messes up audio for other apps. I have to force stop it from the app settings everyone a meeting finishes. This just started happening within the last month. Any help?

    Happened to me with my Samsung A73 too. It's pretty dangerous to not realize it right away because my alarm couldn't go off and I missed an important event by two hours hence. I guess I learned it the hard way. 🙂

    It looks like this has been an ongoing issue for much longer than it should have gone on. I am also having this issue and have been having it for months on my S23 Ultra. Looks like maybe an Android-based issue. Why has this not been resolved after so long?

    This issue happens on both my PC (WIndows 11) and my Samsung A25 phone running Android 15. When I end the meeting and close out Zoom it continues to run in the background taking up processor and RAM space. It appears that this issue has been happening to users for almost 2 years. When can we expect it to be resolved?
