Dear Zoom Support Team, I used to have a Zoom Pro account but switched to another provider due to a recurring issue I encountered. Many of my clients, especially those using Zoom for the first time or installing it for the first time, had significant difficulty joining the audio via their mobile device – specifically through the app, not using the phone network. For many users, the process of joining audio via mobile was confusing and led to frustrating delays. In several cases, I spent up to 20-30 minutes helping my clients figure out how to properly connect to the audio before we could start the actual conversation. My question is: Is there now an option when creating a Zoom meeting to allow participants to join audio only via computer or mobile app, similar to how platforms like Google Meet or FaceTime work? It would be very helpful to have the option to exclude the phone network entirely to simplify the process for my clients. I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help. Best regards, Ender

I have been using Zoom by setting up my own meetings. Now, someone wants to temporarily set them up for me, and they asked me to share my Zoom link with them (not to share a link for a specific meeting, but share a general link to allow them to set up future meetings). I have a few questions about this: 1. Is it the link with my Personal Meeting ID that they want/need (https://us02web.zoom...../......)? Do they also need the Host Key to set up my meetings? 2. If they set meetings up with this link, will I still be the host of these meetings? 3. Are there any concerns I should have about someone else having access to my Personal Meeting ID info? And, is there a way to undo this shared link after the temporary period is over?

I attend meetings often and sometimes I need to listen to audio screenshared from other people. The sound from the screenshared videos is very choppy and sometimes extremely muffled (the visual portion runs smoothly). About one in every four times there's no audio at all. I've checked to see if my drivers are all up to date - they are. It's a 1 1/2-year-old computer running Rectify11 with plenty of RAM. I've never had this problem before on any other computer. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, Zack
P.S. I've had this problem for a while now.

What am I doing wrong? I have a Pro account that has created a recurring meeting with an alternate host. The alternate host has their own licence but is under my main account. If I am on another call, the alternate host can't start the recurring meeting. It keeps warning that a meeting is in progress. Is there a way around this or am I doing something wrong?

Hello! I need the meeting registration report for a meeting that took place in May 2024. Unfortunately I didn't know that the maximum report duration was 1 month. Is there any way to retrieve information about meetings that took place more than 30 days ago? For example, by upgrading the plan or doing something else? Thank you very much!

Hello, I'm currently working on my website related to Car Parking Multiplayer (old version) and need help integrating Zoom meetings. I want to make it easy for users to join Zoom directly from the site. Could someone guide me on how to add Zoom functionality to my website? Any advice on the steps or tools required for this integration would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your assistance!

Hi, I'm exploring the capabilities of the Zoom Video SDK for a custom application. Is it possible to capture the raw audio stream of participants in real-time, process it externally, and then inject or play back a noise cancelled version of the audio in the session? Any guidance on how audio injection works in the SDK would be appreciated!
