I click on Join Audio and only the phone call dialog comes up. I can no longer join via computer audio (which is what I want) even though I have computer and phone selected in the settings.  I can't use my account like this! See screenshots for current settings and what comes up when I create a meeting and try to enable audio.

Dear Zoom,

Please create a feature where the host can pin a comment in the chat and make it visible to everyone who enters the meeting late. If this is already a feature, please send an email to all users reminding them (along with a reminder that there is an option to mute partipants on entry). After two years of meetings constantly being interrupted by people typing into the chat, "Please resend the sign-in link..." I am convinced there is a better way 😂  Please send (our bosses) help.

We use zoom to share our church services.

Why does spotlight only work with three or more participants?

If we have three participants and spotlight main screen, if one participant logs off we lose the spotlight and start seeing participants.

What is the reason for this and can it be changed?

After spending hours trying to contact tech support I am trying here.

ZoomInstallerVDI.msi is causing machines to reboot during installation despite being called wit hthe '/quiet /qn /norestart' switches.

"The process msiexec.exe has initiated the restart of computer WSAMZN-76FDEC on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found Reason Code: 0x80030002 Shutdown Type: restart Comment: The Windows Installer initiated a system restart to complete or continue the configuration of 'Zoom VDI Workplace (64-bit)'."

The only instructions I see to enable dual monitor mode is to go to my profile, click on settings/general.  Then check to box to enable dual monitor mode.  For the life of me, I can not find that option to check.

I have Zoom meetings with an office colleague and we share screens all the time.  When she shares her screen, out videos are shown at the top of the screen she is sharing - instead of on my second monitor.  I want to see our videos on one monitor and the shared screen on the other.

I have read the Help for polls/quizzes.  

It says to click the ellipses and I'll receive the choices of Display Questions in Random Order and Show one question at a time.  The ellipses I click does not give these choices.

I do not see any other ellipses in my poll area.

I am using a Mac.  I can't find the zoom version.

I’m working on a solution to help Zoom hosts better manage chat flooding during large meetings, especially in Q&A sessions and guest speaker calls where important questions often get missed.

Have you experienced challenges with fast-moving chats or missed questions in your sessions? What strategies or tools have you found effective to handle this issue? Any suggestions or feedback would be really appreciated as I develop an MVP to address this problem.
