Hello - I'm using Zoom on an HP Pavilion laptop through Google Chrome browser and my Spracht microphone (Aura USB Mic USB Digital Microphone MIC-2021)  is not being recognized by Zoom as an option to select for my microphone option. I have unplugged and replugged it. I have made sure it is plugged in all the way. 

Are there any suggestions to fix this?

Hello everyone, I currently have a license with zoom and I want to do live seminars, but I want to activate the camera of all my attendees. Since the Zoom settings don't allow me to do this, do I have to request a special permission? Or is it definitely not possible? I appreciate your help!!

I am trying to create a script in windows to fetch timestamps of zoom crashes in windows.

• For Zoom application, I can see logs at this path:
  %appdata%/Zoom/logs
  But for ZoomVDI application, I cannot find any crash logs at this path even when application crashed:
  %appdata%/ZoomVDI/logs
  Is there a way to fetch zoomVDI crash logs in a Windows 10 VM ?
  
  
• For Zoom crash logs, there are folders of this format "zoomcrash_<time>_<pid>" in logs folder and inside those folders there is a file called "crashrpt.xml". I need to get the timestamp details from this file. I want to know whether this is the generic path and format for zoom to store crash logs and will it be supported by Zoom going forward bcoz if the format or path changes, my script would break.

I have clear proof of an annual membership that seemed to be working fine until I logged in recently and it shows that my account is Basic (free), and no records show that I have a paid Pro account (on web browser logged in) except for an email with a receipt. 

It's the same email address that I signed up with.

At previous place of work I used to have Zoom as a part of my Outlook experience (i honestly don't remember if it was plugin or add-in - I'm not so big on these details) on my PC. And it used to be an option there - as you read an email - press the button at the top and turn the email into Zoom appointment. It would propose the same people to be in this meeting and will add Zoom information (link, etc.) right on top of the email chain.

I can't make anything similar currently at my new workplace. I have a Zoom add-in but it only let's me to start a new appointment from scratch. How do I fix it? Is it still an option?

I have developed a App for teaching purpose. So I want users to attend a zoom meeting who has paid for course. So how can I disable the other users to attend the same meeting? So the flow is, user will click on one button on my app, and they will  be redirect to zoom client (On web, Android and iOS) and join the meeting. So how can I achieve this?
