On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Meeting participants no longer in active hosts report

When generating a details report for "active hosts", the spreadsheet generated had always included individual participant names (along with join and leave times for participants). Now it doesn't. I know the information has been recorded because I can click on participants (before generating the report) and see the information. I can even export a list of participants individually for each meeting but that is not feasible. I want to be able to export a spreadsheet that includes all individual participants one month at a time like I used to. Any help would be appreciated.

Alô  David I know how that feels like trust me I’ve been through that a thousand times also I fixed it all you need to do is shut down your Device for approximately 15 minutes turn it back on again ask all the participants to join the meeting if it still doesn’t work ask your administrator if they can fix it for you
