On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How do I ensure every participant views the screen with two windows that I (host) has pinned?

I pin two cameras but it does not help. Still every participants still get random views and not the two specific windows that I have pinned. And what I have set up on mine screen.
Is there a way to ensure participants are see what i see?

Cant update zoom

Like I am trying to update my log in my zoom but it keep saying it keep saying i am not on 5.10.3 version and told me to contact the it team to update it. How do i contact the it team to update it?

when on desktop meeting, i can't share my phone screen

Hi,

 

during meeting on desktop zoom, I was going to train on a software and its app. Sharing screen on the computer was just fine.

 

I joined the zoom through my phone too and wanted to share screen of the phone, clicked share, clicked screen.

 

Phone has green sharing line 

 

Desktop screen says the phone has started screen sharing, but the screen is black.

 

I have allowed zoom within the settings, but now I don't know.

The phone took over the running the meeting too, that didn't help either. 

 

this is Samsung galaxy 21.

How to send a reminder to meeting registrants with their meeting link. Most of the meeting attendees end up re-registering as we do not have their meeting link to share in reminder emails. The original registration confirmation mail is long buried in their mailbox.

Can we have the capability to trigger an email reminder to registrants and zoom to send the reminder email with their custom link to attend the event?

Mic won’t work when invited to a meeting

Hello, I cannot use my mic whenever I am invited to a meeting but If I start my own meeting it works no problem at all. What can this possibly be?

Once I have sent the invites out for a Zoom meeting, is there any way of an automated reminder going out to participants, say 1 day before?

Hello.

 

After update Zoom client to version 5.15.2 (18096) (Windows 10 x64 22H2) in the main window “Home” tab have disappeared and tab “Meetings” shows “Home” tab content. It is problem with user account settings. I tried to login on second account on this PC and Zoom client, there are no problems. I have made screenshots from two accounts. Checked on another PC and Zoom client, same problem there too.

 

I did not find option to hide tabs in the settings, it looks like bug.

Audio

Hi I am a licensed user. When I went to start a meeting with a client I was not able to join audio it says 

 

'The meeting does not support dial in or call me to join, you cannot connect to audio'

 

I have tried everything suggested, I have a Mac
