Hi, my name is Jim. I am a workplace BASIC Free user. I have used zoom before (w/ windows7) and it automatically allowed me to use my desktop comcast email to invite guests. I recently upgraded to windows10 and now when I click default mail ... it forces me to use and join outlook mail and use the cloud. I do not have an outlook mail account (I do not want a outlook account or my info going to a cloud) how can I get the email default button to send me to my comcast email address so that I can invite guests? I am stuck and I am unable to invite guests.

I have a weekly meeting same time every week. Before I was able to have a task schedule load the meeting, now I have to have the page load and I need to click on lauch meeting. It would be nice if I didn't need to click that.
I imported a csv registraton list of a group of names for an upcoming meeting. But I realised after the import that the first name and last names are reversed. I have not sent out the registration confirmations yet. I corrected the csv registration order and then tried to re-import them with the correct name order. But the registration shows that the name order did not change - it remained the same as the first import. I don't want to send out a cancellation notice to everyone - especially since they have not even recieved the confirmation of their registration. Is there any way to update the name order before sending them their confirmation?

It would be most beneficial if Zoom would remember past participants addresses, (or sync seamlessly with a users address book), so you don't have type them out every time.
What's the holdup or workarounds?
Every time I try to set a virtual background on my android app I get a error saying an error occurred. I have a new Samsung android device with android OS 14 on it and I am on the latest version available on Play Store that is 6.2.5.25145. I tried getting it work on other devices but faced the same issue on those devices also. I tried to see if this error is in new version so installed the older version i could find the oldest version being 5.17.10 but the background issue was on this version also. I have tested this issue on 3 devices that i have and saw this issue in all of them also I am unable to find any solution for it. Any help in this issue would be appreciated.

I am on a Macbook Pro, with Sonoma 14.7.
I tried 3x to update Zoom because it is not allowing me to use the app (so therefore can barely use the browser version for meetings).
I get an error (10002) every time. I tried the steps for Manual install -- same result.
Any tips?

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.

I have waiting room set up and all of a sudden my waiting room isnt working. I went into settings and all the settings for waiting room were not on all of a sudden. I fixed them and saved it. Today, the same thing happened. This is problematic for me because i am a therapist and it isnt appropriate for one client to enter when another is still in session.
