I have a scenario where 2 laptops are in the same space, one is hosting and the other is presenting a video with audio. The hosting laptop is connected to the room system, so any audio coming from the host computer will be amplified to the room. This includes any audio that the presenting laptop screen shares. So to avoid an echo, it would be ideal for the presenting laptop (MacBook) to screen share with sound, but not output audio to the laptop. I want the laptop to only output audio to Zoom. But the volume of the screen shared audio seems to be tied with the laptop output volume. If I mute volume output on the MacBook, the screen shared audio is muted. In the Zoom meeting if I "Leave Computer Audio" the audio is still heard both through the laptop speakers and the screen share. What I really need in Zoom is a "Select a speaker: None" option. The fix right now is to plug in headphones. Is there a way to screen share with audio but not output audio to the computer (specifically a Mac)? Thanks!

The application closes the meeting when I access the audio. The audio configuration tab is not working; also closes. Any suggestions?

I need a good solution for chronic latecomers to my ZOOM online classes. I want to manage attendance by closing the meeting at a certain time. I've tried using the Waiting Room, but my students don't always have robust Internet connection and have had trouble entering. I'm not familiar with the Lock Meeting function. Any suggestions?

I am using Zoom Workspace and unlike Cisco Webex, two online sessions cannot be joined simultaneously. Can anyone confirm this?
When someone goes to upload an image and save it, your translation for the Spanish version of Zoom is incorrect. It says "Ahorrar" which is save, but as in saving money. The save that you want is Guardar.
I’m planning a virtual open day for parents with around 150 attendees. I’d like to start with a 30-minute recorded video and then continue with a live Q&A session. What’s the best way to set this up on Zoom, and how do I generate the appropriate link to share with parents? Any tips on managing the session effectively would also be appreciated!

Hey everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto, trying to open Zoom directly from the desktop app rather than through the browser. Does anyone know how to set that up or make sure it always launches from the app? Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! Regards Emmanuel Katto

Having gone through the Zoom Community postings and not finding an appropriate solution to the problems my system is having, I offer the following: I have a Windows 11 HP PC, Version 24H2, 64 bit operating system, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER A/V card. When using a Logitech BCC950 for Zoom conferences, the audio for the microphone quickly cuts out and a flickering develops in the video display. The Zoom App Versions is 6.3.0.0. All other drivers, as best I can assess, are up to date and there are no other system operation problems. The Logitech conference cam is a plug & play item that works well in a Windows 10 environment. I’ve gone through many of the checklist possibilities of potential solutions on the Zoom Community postings too. Are there driver updates or other solutions available for the Windows 11 system environment to resolve these issues? Thank you -
