(1) can I schedule a meeting on their behalf
(2)and will the client see the boss' name or company

Looking for assistance... when i turn my video on....everyone else is clear; but my picture is green and fuzzy. I've tried a number of different things and have been unsuccessful in resolving. Any thoughts?
Hello I am trying to find the Live streaming toggle for my account. I need to add the Otter app onto my class meetings because I am hard of hearing and it is for captions. Please help anyone. Not sure if its because I have the basic account. Will I need upgrade my account?

Did anyone see "meeting analytics from read" in Zoom meeting? It is like an attendee. Only the meeting organizer can kick it out of the meeting. What is it? How was it joined the meeting? Please refer to the attached screenshot.

Hi, i host a daily meeting- but i can not always be on, How do i allow share screen for everyone in advance so i do not have to be on to open it up?
I recently did some housecleaning and deleted recordings by mistake. Is there a way to recover these files?
I see we can change the email notification that a password has been reset-sent to the person whose password was changed-but how do I modify the system reset email that says you have X days to reset your password before it expires? I hate the format and people always ask if it's legit so I want to be able to brand it so it's less suspicious looking. Does anyone know where I can do that?

I received emails and was asked by Zoom to delete my recordings and upgrade the storage. I followed the instructions. AFTER i deleted almost all the recordings, (26 GB remained in the storage), I upgraded my storage on 24 Jan 2023 to 30GB. The overage charge in my invoice is charged for 24 - 26 Jan which is AFTER i deleted and upgraded my storage. The overage amount is 334.45 USD ( for 3 days 24-26 Jan) in my invoice. I wonder why I was penalized by following Zoom instructions. That's unfair and unreasonable.

Since the recent update, whenever I log in to my zoom account and then click on my meeting, it takes me to a new screen to sign in. Then when I sign in again it tells me that my meeting has already started (it hasn't) and the cycle continues. It's maddening. Does anyone know what is causing this?
