Could recording

Hello,

 

I previously subscribed to a Pro plan, and I canceled the subscription this month. My account has now reverted to a basic account. However, I noticed that all the Cloud recordings I had previously are gone. Is there any way to recover these files?

    Hello,

     

    Once you stopped your Pro account subscription you lost your right to cloud hosting on Zoom.

    I believe if you pay again you can access your cloud hosting again and download your Cloud hosted recordings.  You can then safely cancel your pro account. 


    “By canceling your paid subscription, you will lose access to your cloud recordings. These cloud recordings will be permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation. To access them, you must subscribe to a plan with clouding recordings within the 30-day time period.”
