I recently upgraded to avoid a 40 min cut off. I'm still cut off at 40 min an no one can help in the zoom org. I'm an inch away from banning its use in my company

I created a meeting for my boss and her associates. I made all of them co-hosts. My boss logged on, I was not. After an hour one of her associates needed to present some info on her laptop/share screen. She tried to log on and join the meeting. She was a co-host. It wouldnt let her join. She went to her zoom and tried to "Join A Meeting" by entering the Meeting ID but it told her she needed to register. What does this mean? She has a ZOOM account thru our organization. Should I have not made her a cohost? I dont understand why she couldnt join? Obviously everyone joins after a meeting has begun, except the first person so why didnt it allow her?

I have the following issue: the meeting was recorded, and I was the alternative host. The actual organizer of the meeting couldn't attend. However, I don't see the list of participants in the usage reports. Can the organizer still view this list even though they weren't present, if I can't? We really do need it. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello, I am currently on a free Zoom plan and appreciate that I can save recordings to my desk top. Are these video files and can I share them?

I'm using a Windows PC running Windows 11 (most recent update). I recently got new AirPods Pro 2 and when I connect them to Bluetooth on my computer, Zoom doesn't work with any other audio output source than the headphones. My computer audio on all other apps (Spotify, Chrome, etc.) still works through speakers. But only my airpods make sound in Zoom calls. I've updated the Zoom client to the most recent one. Any ideas?

Hi I’m teaching a friend how to use zoom in an online meeting and I want to screen my zoom toolbar how can I do it
Just a few seconds after the beginning of the meeting the sound enters into trouble and disappears. The microphone works but not the sound. When I test the sound, the app emits two normal long sounds and then it cuts off. The audio is working well with all the other applications. I downloaded the latest version of ZOOM. I called DELL to solve the issue and they confirmed that there is no technical issue, only an issue with Zoom. My computer is the last version of XPS. thank you for your help.

I'm running the Android Zoom 5.16.6(17128) App on a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G. I'm attempting to join a meeting I regularly attend using the Windows 10 App. When I enter the meeting ID the Android App accepts it and proceeds to the password entry screen, when I try to enter the password only the first 10 characters are accepted, this happens both if I enter the pwd manually via the keyboard or paste it from the clipboard. The meeting ID and password work fine from the Windows 10 application. Any advice? MTIA

Anyone who can tell me if it is possible as a host, to mute only 1 participant, but does not mute for all other i.e. The participant is only muted in my computer, while other paeticipants can hear him? I want to have two computers mic on in the same physical room. Thomas ***********

I just got a new Macbook and ever since, everyone I'm talking to in Zoom meetings complains that they hear the echo. I cannot hear it but I assume my computer is causing an echo for all participants. I do not have any phones or speakers active near my laptop. I'm using the Zoom app. Any suggestion on how this can be fixed?
