I am in the process of upgrading laptops. One of the things that I am trying to understand and figure out is if chat history can be retrieved locally or do you need to have the cloud option enabled? If you have to enable the cloud option to get chat history will you be able to see your entire chat history since the account was enabled or does it start when you turn the chat option on? Also is there a local zoom data folder that contains the chat history that I could copy ? And if so where is the location of the folder?

Hi, I thought of an enhancement to Zoom, I work for a big corporation and use Zoom daily; multiple times every day actually (due to privacy concerns I prefer to write this post from a private account). I've noticed that it happens a lot when I start Zoom to join a meeting - Zoom is getting updated and therefore I am late to that meeting. It happens to my colleagues too. But when you think about it, Zoom know my schedule, Zoom can also have an estimation about how much time the update should take - you can run updates on your environments and collect the time to update, you can also collect statistics for each local instance old updates time and estimate the time that a future update should take. IMHO, Zoom should suggest the user a scheduled update in a time that will not conflict with other meetings. what do you say?

Hello, we have a Host and Co Host. At the moment the Host has fixed his video window so he is visible on screen all the time. But now we have also a Co Host. What we need to do now that both are simultaneous visible on the screen- not only while speaking- I mean the whole time. Thanks in advance

I have selected - Record Thumbnails when sharing. But all it records is me talking. The attendees can see the screen share during the meeting.
The list of my recurring meetings with no fixed time are not at the end of list of upcoming meetings. Where can I find them?
Hi There
When a schedule a new Zoom meeting my my Outlook mailbox are not available in the from field.
Zoom does not detect any of my Office 365 accounts.
In the from field drop down in Outlook it only shows my other mail accounts and not the new 365 business accounts.
Creating a regular meeting with Outlook Calendar is fine.
Just scheduling Zoom meetings.

Zoom VDI launch failure.. I have both the latest Zoom and ZoomVDI installed. When I launch Zoom VDI as I have always done in the past I get this error and nothing else to go on. I have to uninstall Zoom VDI and use it without the redirect capabilities which is not as good of an experience and can affect audio significantly.

The privacy setting on zoom is not (highlighted) available under files and folders. I can't download recorded meeting without it.
