Sound issues only hearing voice not music

I run a Zoom Meeting for 12 seniors when I share a Youtube music video they hear the voice but not the music . This is a Zoom issue as the laptop works well in everything else.

I am searching for an answer?

Any help appreciated

p.s. So if I screen share and click allow audio. As I say the recipient only hears

the singers voice and not the music . I have never seen this issue before ???
