I can her my piano teacher's voice but NOT her piano playing! WHY??

She can hear both my voice and my piano playing.

No error code, I use Mac book air...don't know what she uses, Zoom version FREE, 

Trouble shooting done: chat bot, looked at sound posts Herein, did sound checks pre meeting

I run a Zoom Meeting for 12 seniors when I share a Youtube music video they hear the voice but not the music . This is a Zoom issue as the laptop works well in everything else.

I am searching for an answer
