I have a personal Zoom account, that I had somehow connected to my work email address through Outlook to send invites through Zoom but using Outlook. I was trying to figure out a way to send the Zoom invites through both my personal email address for other personal business and somehow erased my work email address from Zoom. ANd now, anytime I launch my Zoom from my standing meeting from Outlook (work email) it says I am not the host and nobody in the meeting is able to screen share.  

Anybody have these issues and know how to resolve?

Was wondering if users who registered last minute before the zoom call they'll get all the zoom reminders I have configurated.

Let's say I have set a zoom call on December 20, 2023.

I added 3 email reminders for it.

- 3 days before the call

- 1 day before the call

- 30 minutes before the call

so, if the user registered last minute.. will they receive all 3 reminders? Or they'll receive only the exact time email reminders trigger point? 

I was tasked to design the branding for our companies' Zoom invites. 

Looking through the Zoom resources, I could not locate any information that would help. 

I have included a screenshot of what I want to accomplish. 

May someone lead me to the documentation?

I installed the Zoom App on my new HP Spectre 14-ef2013dx.

The zoom app keeps shutting down during the video calls.   Is this a compatibility issue? Is there something I have to do to make my new computer accept the Zoom app? Effectively, I cannot use Zoom now. Can anyone walk me through the settings I need to check?

The desktop client recently went from OpenSSL 1.1.1  to OpenSSL 3.1.1 and since then our security score in Microsoft security portal has increased drastically.

Been trying to get a hold on the support team but havent got an answer on my ticket for 14 days now, sales cant do anything and just says we need to pay for a license to get the appropriate support.

Hello, running Zoom version 5.16.10 on my macOS machine running 14.2. When sharing my desktop and running a Keynote presentation in full screen "windowed" mode, I have noticed that when switching slides, the macOS menubar becomes momentarily visible for people viewing the screen share, even though it is not at all visible on the desktop itself. The only way I can confirm this is by looking at the little screenshare thumbnail that shows up on Zoom when sharing my desktop.

This does not happen when only sharing a Keynote window, just when sharing the full desktop. Can others confirm this issue, and perhaps point to a solution?

I often have the problem, that links I sent days before the meeting are invalid, when my students click on them (it appears Error 403 on the screen).

I checked the link. It is exactly the same as in my meeting planner.

And if I copy the link again and send it shortly before the meeting starts it works.

Maybe I am a bit dumb, but does anyone here as a solution? 

And sorry for my bad English, I am German, so if there would be a German zoom-Pro it would be great.

At our company, we use MacBook Pros. Some have Catalina, some have Monterey, and some have Ventura. After updating Zoom to version 5.16.10, we noticed an intermittent issue—calls sometimes have no ringing sound.
