ERROR CODE 1001, user does not exist......by an email address that worked for two weeks already

TechConnect Zoom took me to my student zoom meeting for the first two weeks, but now, instead, it gives me error code 1001, user does not exist (same email listed under People in Canvas). Why did it stop recognizing me? Also, maybe connected to this ...
