When I hold meetings, several participants connect only with the audio. During the meeting I can see their black screen with their name, but when I view the registration I can only view the participants who had the video on.

I have the opposite problem. I can see people in the list of participants but don't see a box for people who have video turned off. Can only see boxes of particitants with video on.
