Resolved! Raise hand feature and reactions features missing in 6.0 update

Since I updated to Zoom Workplace (6.0.1),  I don't have the raise hand feature or any reactions buttons as a meeting participant.  When I host a meeting, those options are available.  How do I get the raise hand feature and reactions back????

I have never used OBS before, but I've got it set up exactly as it says to do in numerous tutorials. I've used VB virtual audio cables and Voicemeeter and neither of them work...EXCEPT when I am testing the mic and speakers in Zoom and even then it is choppy. Everything in OBS is properly configured, and everything in Zoom is properly configured. I'm using Windows 10 with most recent Zoom desktop client and I don't know what else to do. It's very frustrating, especially because I can hear the sound to some extent when I'm  testing. As soon as I click out of the test window, the sound cuts out again.

Anyone know how to deal with this?

Resolved! Organization Logo and Text with YouTube LiveStream

When running a meeting we are streaming to YouTube, sometimes we have a break of 10 minutes until the meeting reconvenes.  Can we display a logo and message that streams to YouTube instead of just an empty video?

On two separate meetings multiple participants have been unable to join because they got this error message:

AADSTS50020: User account '(email)@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant '(company name)' and cannot access the application 'https://urj.zoom.us'(Zoom Web Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

how can we resolve this?

thank you!

Hi  I need help

I  need advice for broadcasting a funeral over Zoom the podium  will be over 30 feet away from where the laptop will be

the camera will need to cover a wide area say 40 x 30 feet or 13x10m

The microphone will need to hear the speaker who is 30-40 feet away. I would prefer something that is connected to a laptop with USB

for both the camera & microphone something that is tripod-mountable

not a lapel microphone but one that will pick up the podium speaker without picking up the people who will be sitting in rows of chairs between me & the speaker about 6 rows of chairs if they whisper to each other during the service.

It will also need to pick up the singing of those attending.

the last one I did was with an iPhone but it was impossible to manage the meeting when it was attached to a tripod & most of the screen was covered it was an utter nightmare to do.

Will probably have another one to do in the coming months for an elderly friend.

Any help recommendations would be wonderful A web link for the recommended products would be the best

I'm in the UK.

it will need to run on both Windows 10.  & windows 11.

running the latest desktop version of Zoom.

We have a problem with the ZOOM software. When I use ZOOM, everyone can hear me clearly and I can hear everyone.

When I make a sound with the bell that I hold in my hand then they don't hear the bell Such a problem calls out that I use the ZOOM program on the computer To verify this when I use ZOOM in the WEB interface then they hear the bell.

How do I solve the problem?

I joined a zoom meeting this morning at 8 - 9 am. I joined in a condition I'm not signed in.

I then initiate the recording. The host granted the access for me to record the meeting. I remember there's a confirmation pop up asking about do I want to save the recording to local drive and I respond yes.

This is my first time record a meeting in my device, MacBook.

around 2 pm I try to find the recording but, I can't find any folder name "Zoom" under my Document folder. I try Go and find Zoom folder, there was no result.

Then I sign in to my zoom account to check in the setting where the default folder is. I click on open button from the recording setting page, it's empty. When I check on the folder info, it created just at that moment. Exactly when I click the open button.

Any idea where Zoom save the recording to? How can I access it?

All the YouTube guides on how to confirm the addition of a co host show that they go into the zoom settings and then the button, but I just looked for the button and it's really not where they say, I checked the zoom instructions themselves and it's the same button, I don't have it. Why don't I just have that button?
