Alternative Hosts Rules Limit Usability
We occasionally run into an issue where an upcoming Zoom meeting has to be cancelled and a new one created simply because you do not allow the addition of co-hosts when scheduling a meeting (occasionally the original host cannot attend). We thought we had found an answer to this with the Alternative Host option, as they could start a meaning in the host's absence. However, we were cut off at the knees with this when it turns out that the Alternative host is required to be a user in the same account. This cannot work for us. We need to be able to assign an alternative host that is a licensed user that is not in the meeting creator's account. The reasons for this are simple: We hope that this issue can be resolved in the future as it has created difficulties.
