Hi, my share Ipad via screen mirroring in zoom mettings doesn't work anymore for some reason. I can't find anything in my Ipad's screen mirroring tab. My PC has a cable internet connection and my Ipad is on my home wifi. Did it happened to others? Anyone knows how to solve it? I tried many tutorials on Youtube but nothing helped. During a meeting hosted in my personal meeting room, I added a co-host. Now, this person shows up as an alternative host for all meetings in my personal meeting room, and they receive emails about all my Zoom meetings. How can I remove them? I schedule Zoom meetings through MS Outlook or in the Zoom app (on my Macbook). I tried to follow the suggestions posted on the community and Zoom support (see links below), but neither work. I do not use the Chrome extension, and there is no meeting that shows up on my Zoom for the date that I added the alternative host because I did it in my personal meeting room. When I open a Zoom meeting that I create, the Edit meeting button is not engaged OR when I edit, the alternative host is not an option I can change. I would appreciate any suggestions!! How can I get a picture of myself to be on the screen when my camera is off? I have a picture uploaded to my profile, and the pic shows when I log on, but it doesn't appear in the box when my video is off. The host has not disabled this function as others have their pic showing when their video is off. Thank you!

Some of our contract instructors are experiencing latency when starting and embedded video in PowerPoint. For several months the issue has not been present, but it has surfaced over the last 2 weeks. One in particular is using a MacBook Air with 2T HD, 24GB RAM and Apple M2 Chip. Upload speeds are near 300Mbps - Upload 25Mbps. This seasoned Zoom user had Optimize for Video Clip and Share Sound selected. Performed a fresh restart of her device, and restarted the internet router and hardwired. When starting the video, the audio was late to start, video was choppy. We tried various scenarios. Playing form the could(s) and playing directly from the local hard drive with cloud disabled. I shared from my desktop Win11, 1T HD, 16GB and it worked fine. I sent her the link to install the Zoom App for the Silicon chip and have not tested yet. However, if anyone in the Community can offer any similar situations and have/had a solution, it would be greatly appreciated. Aja

Hello I have a problem with zoom link
Audio/Video works perfekt in Win11. In Zoom the speaker does not work, microphone and video are perfect. Starting the speaker test only a short signal appears and then nothing. I tested different outputs (Realtech, BT, monitor speaker). No changes Win11 is updated, zoom the newest version 5.15.7 and all win drivers are ok (windows device manager). And I allready deleted Zoom and installed it again. Does anyone have an idea?

If I have a Zoom meeting, and am sharing screen with someone, then of course the Windows pop-up notifications stop (as they should - if I am sharing a screen with someone on a Zoom meeting, then I don't want the other person seeing my pop-up Windows notifications). BUT after I stop sharing screen, and end the Zoom meeting, the Windows pop-up notifications in the bottom right corner of my screen DO NOT COME BACK UNTIL I REBOOT THE LAPTOP (whatever software code in Zoom was correctly preventing the notifications during the Zoom meeting / screen sharing = keeps continuing to stop these notifications on the laptop screen after the Zoom meeting). This makes it very difficult to use Zoom, if this is the after-affect of a Zoom meeting. Teams does not have this issue. I like Zoom better in all the other areas, but this issue with Zoom is becoming a show-stopper, and thinking I have to shift over to Teams if Zoom doesn't have a fix. Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I don't reboot each day, so this issue stays on the laptop for days. Not sure what to do.
