Hello, I am doing dance lessons via Zoom and would like to mirror the screen from the host, so that I can see the teacher from the correct side. Can I do this as a guest / student or can only the teacher himself mirror his screen? He told me, I can do the mirroring, but I can't find anything... Thanks for your help! Reni

Hello! I am curious to know if there was a way for registered guests to receive a cancellation notice when we cancel one recurrence of a series of meetings. We have tested and those that are registering are not receiving notification when one of the dates has been cancelled.

I've had the Zoom Pro account for over 5 years, and suddenly today I cannot open or login to any of my scheduled meetings or my zoom account. At one point I was in my account and tried to change the password, but couldn't because of an error message saying my "old password is incorrect." I have tried to open my meetings by signing in from Google incognito, and Firefox, and they don't open, either. At one point, I got a window saying Zoom was updating my version and not to close the window, so I waited till that finished. Then I couldn't log into my account! And I can't submit a support ticket without being able to log into my account! I'm panicking here because my coaching business is online. I discovered the Pro account doesn't even have live chat support! Any help much appreciated!

I am using a Mac pro and I have not been able to install the update that is required or use the app. The error code is 10004. Any helpful suggestions? It lets me schedule from the browser but then I am not able to join the meeting or allow anyone in. Thanks for any support

Hi Guys I have a Elgato Stream Deck and I got it for the purpose of sound effects. It works perfectly fine on Discord, Audacity, everything except Zoom. I am using Voicemeeter Banana to route my Stream Deck sounds through my mic (which is hooked up to a mixer). When in a Zoom call I'm obviously using my Voicemeeter input which has my Mic and Stream Deck, the meeting members can hear my mic fine but cannot hear my sound effects played from my Stream Deck. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi there, My team member and I need help asap. I added a new user to my account so that she can run meetings for me when I am away. When I purchased her licence, she received that email and followed the instructions that came with it. Note: She had/has a free, basic account before (I'm not sure if this is causing problems?) Yesterday, we had 'practice' run. She and I both ended up in different meetings. After trying a few things, resending her the meeting info etc we decided to log out and reset out devices. At that point she as unable to log in. I cannot find articles specific to these issues. Can someone help, please? Lisa
