Hi I have an external camera which Im  connecting to zoom via cam link .  

I also have an external microphone but there is a delay . I can clean up this delay but it requires purchasing expensive software (audio hack and loopback which is $156) 

I also have a DJI lapel mic which i can plug into the camera, but when i do that , the video is from the cam link  but the audio is from the internal computer mic. Its as if the lapel mic is not welcome. 

Is there a way to tell zoom to use the audio from the lapel mic and not internal computer microphone when connected via cam link?

I have also tried connecting my external camera via USB and the problem is the same.

Or is there a way to fix the delay for the external mic without purchasing expensive software?

We have applied for  Zoom Hardware Certification for USB CAPTURE CARD .  Our application ID is #834247100  . We had applied this 2 months back  . We have not received any response  , we need guidance on how to proceed further and whome should we contact for the same .

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Zoom several times and it still doesn't work. It was working fine before the Zoom update but now, when I share my iPad, even though I click on share audio as well, attendees can't hear the audio from my computer. 

Why is this happening and how can I fix it. Please help. I can share the computer audio if I'm sharing a screen on my computer but not when I share my iPad.

I don't want to share the iPad sound, just the screen and have the computer audio be shared as well when I'm sharing my iPad.

Please help.

I do not have any images because there's no error showing or anything. It just doesn't happen. 

I use an external Sony FDR-AX700 video camera when I am conducting a Zoom gathering.  I would like to ALSO record with that same camera onto the SD cards loaded into the camera.  However, whenever I push 'record', the Zoom screen goes black. I am wondering:  is there a video setting that allows me to use an external video camera AND also record onto that external camera's SD cards?  I want to use the Camera Recording rather than using Zoom recordings, so that my subject (speaker) fills the screen for the entire presentation rather than just a tiny window on the side (when the presenter goes to shared screen).  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thank you.

As soon as I join any meeting... My screen shows black color of the speaker's view.. I can see all the participants but as soon as someone speaks I can see just black screen of that perticular person while they speak... As soon as they stop speaking I can see their screen clearly.

Please guide.
