I have uninstalled both the camera option (Snap & Xpression) but they still show in the drop-down list. Does anyone have info on how to remove these cameras from the drop-down list? #curious Refer the attached image for more detail.

The thing I noticed from your post is that you are from China but for some reason, your calls are getting connected via the US data centers. It is my best guess that it's happening because of the call routing which is happening via the US data center...

Hi Jennifer, It happened with me once - all I did was restart my PC & log in to Zoom. Let me know if that works for you as well?
