Ich benutze Windows 11 und habe die neuste Zoom Version und möchte meine Laptop die internen Audio Geräte verwenden. (Wobei im Browser auf dem gerät der selbe Fehler kommt.)

 

Ich kann unten links nicht auswählen das ich die Computeraudio verwenden will...

Da öffnet sich dann das Fenster wie in dem Screenshot zu sehen.

Wenn ich die Computer-Audio teste funktioniert sie auch einwandfrei. (In dem zoom Computer-Audio Test.)

In einem Zoom Meeting jedoch kann ich weder eine Person Hören noch selbst reden und bei dem Mikro ist dauerhaft das Ausrufezeichen.

 

Der Fehler ist erst seit einigen tagen vorher funktionierte alles einwandfrei.

Bei sonstiger Benutzung in anderen Apps gehen die ein und Ausgabe Geräte einwandfrei.

 

Ich habe schon mehreres probiert. (ReInstallation von Zoom, Treiber Updates für mein Laptop für ein und Ausgabe Geräte und natürlich das richtigen Audio Geräte ausgewählt.)

 

Ich würde mich EXTREM über Hilfe freuen da ich so nicht an meinen Vorlesungen teilnehmen kann bzw. nur über das Handy. 😕

Hey,
I'm using Windows 11 with the latest Zoom version, and I want to use my laptop's internal audio devices. (The same issue occurs in the browser on the device.)

 

I can't select to use computer audio in the bottom left corner...

Instead, the window shown in the screenshot pops up.

When I test computer audio, it works perfectly fine (in the Zoom computer audio test).

However, in a Zoom meeting, I can neither hear anyone nor speak, and there's a constant exclamation mark next to the microphone.

 

This issue has only been occurring for a few days; previously, everything worked perfectly.

For other applications, the input and output devices work flawlessly.

 

I've already tried several things (reinstalling Zoom, driver updates for my laptop's input and output devices, and, of course, selecting the correct audio devices).

 

I would greatly appreciate any help since I can't participate in my lectures this way, or only through my phone. 😕

Bookable Schedules

I believe this could be a bug. I am creating 15 min time slots between 2 and 4pm but it gives me a message that it "cannot overlap" but I know that they are not overlapping... most of the other spots do not give me this issue.

Adding a Zoom meeting to a occurrence in a recurring meeting - No longer possible?

We have a series of recurring meetings on the same day each week.

For confidentiality reasons, the Zoom meeting is added a day or two before the meeting happens. We have the appointments in our calendars, and then receive an update with the Zoom details. All future instances of that meeting do not contain any Zoom meeting details.

Our desire is to have a unique meeting ID and passcode for each meeting, and we have been able to achieve this without issue for years.

 

As of today (April 6th, 2023) this is not possible, when we go to add a Zoom meeting to an occurrence in this series of recurring meetings, we are given the following message:

 

'You cannot add a Zoom meeting to a single occurrence, Zoom meetings can only be added to all occurrences in the series.'

 

Has anyone else got this and found a way around it?

 

I've combed the settings but cannot see anything related to this warning or situation.

copying polls from my personal room to another meeting

I 've seen (too late) that the good way would be to create a template with polls in it, and use that to schedule new meetings.

OK, but I went another route.

 

Because I have 10 polls already with many questions each, and each question several choices, can someone (an  administrator) copy these polls to a meeting template ? At the end these must be in a simple file somewhere, or not at all ?

 

Thanks for your help on this as I'm not keen on recreating all these polls.

Synchronizing Account Settings and Custom Backgrounds Across Products/Devices

It is incredibly frustrating that certain settings are not synchronized by account across devices and zoom products.

 

Like many, I use multiple devices to connect on Zoom calls, often to the same recurring meeting. Within the current limits of platform (i.e. iOS mobile app vs. Windows desktop app) my user experience should be the same. Account and meeting settings that I configure  from my Zoom iPhone app should be synchronized across all other devices I use - so long as I’m signing into the same account. 

As a specific example and particular personal annoyance, if I set my custom background to be a certain image in one Zoom app/product, I shouldn’t have to use the same Zoom app/product (and device) in order to have that background load automatically…or even to find/use it!

 

Don’t be cheap, Zoom.


Each paying customer should get a certain amount of storage to which one’s background images, videos, and other account and meetings settings so they can be used on another device and in another Zoom app/product.

Zoom invites not being received

Video not working

Zoom does not recognize my integrated camera. I use a Dell Vostro 5568 and Widnows 10. The field for choosing a camera is not active.

attendee log does not appear in User Activity Report

I was following the instructions on how to produce such a log but this option does not appear thought we have the prerequisites.

It sounded to me as if they were muffled - talking with their hands covering their mouths. I don't experience any audio trouble when using my computer to listen to anything else.
