Zoom crashing in starting the meeeting and in the meeting

My zoom meetings have been crashing. I have no clue as to why this is happening. I've had zoom during the pandemic and now a plan. Everything was fine for over 2 years.

Hi @DebbieM1 welcome to the community! Could you please provide me with more information about the Zoom version you're using as well as the device you're attempting to run Zoom on? 

 

Also, what troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far in attempt to resolve this issue?

@DebbieM1 I just saw your tag attached to the discussion, seeing you're running Windows 10. 

 

Could you please attempt to run the clean Zoom method from the Knowledge Base on Uninstall and reinstalling Zoom

 

After removing Zoom completely, could you attempt to reinstall Zoom from https://zoom.us/download to see if a fresh reinstall of Zoom helps the crashing of the Zoom desktop client as this will also install the latest version of Zoom 🙂
