Hi all, I have an issue with my zoom recording system. Our team recorded the zoom meeting yesterday, and at the end of the meeting, I saw the sign that the system will save the file and will be converted if I end up the meeting. So I end up the meeting and waited for the file, but it didnt appear at all. I already searched on my computer where the recorded files are saved, but there was nothing in it. So, I wonder if there is any way to find my lost file. PLZ........ This file is so important for my team.

Hello, When we record videos to the Zoom cloud and playback the video, it will show captions, but when we record Zoom meetings with captions to our One Drive or local drive, when we play back it does not show captions. the video opens with Windows Media Player. I have set the options on Windows Media Player to allow captions when applicable. Just curious why the recorded meeting doesn't open in Zoom and play the captions there. The files are saved individually. I have put in a screenshot of what the folder looks like. Thank you

Zoom desktop has very big problem with compiz 0.8!!!! It`s unsuitable!!!! context menu don`t visible.
I have to use zoom in browser!
P. S. I use Debian + compiz (from official repositiry) long times, and don`t want to change it!
I was force-upgraded to version 5.14.7 as of late last week and the Linux version is almost unusable, owing to many interface pop-ups being completely invisible after multiple rounds of clicking. Examples: On Debian 10, MATE with Compiz and NVIDIA graphics

when i go into the zoom app and press sign in the screen is blank and it only gives me the option to switch to default or government users
Hi - Thanks for any help. 1) Twice this week, recordings I marked "Save to Computer" were not saved. This has never happened before. I don't think I did anything differently. Any ideas? Regards, Susanne
2) Of course, I sought Tech Support and none exists for my Pro account - just a chat bot that is useless. I tried to find out how much more I would need to pay to even access Live Chat and could not figure it out at Plans & Pricing.

I recently hosted a meeting which was intended to be only partially interactive — it was largely a lecture by the speaker, so no need for participants to have video or audio. We wanted questions via chat rather than speaking up. Setting up no video was easy, if I recall correctly, it was an option when I created the meeting. However, as the meeting was about to start, I realize the mikes of all the participants were on. I started manually turning them off but then realized there was an option to “mute all” which I clicked on. Unfortunately, it was literally correct, and turned off the mike of the host and cohost. I suppose I can imagine a situation where it would literally make sense to turn off everyone’s mike, but I suggest that the more common scenario is that you want the mikes live for the host and cohost and not for the other participants. May I suggest adding an option in addition to “mute all” which would allow you to “mute all except host and cohost” This seems so obvious it’s possible there is such an option and I missed it. If that’s the case I would appreciate someone telling me what I should have done instead, but if not, I suggest it would make a good feature.

I have "Always show captions" enabled because I have some auditory processing issues. However, every time I join a meeting, the annoying "A participant has enabled closed captioning" notice floats at the top of my screen and stays there until I close it. Is there any way to disable this notification? I know a participant has enabled closed captioning, it's me. I really don't need to be informed of this every single time. If there isn't a setting for this, can we get one please? Or even make it a sub-setting under "Always show captions", like "Hide caption notification". If someone has "Always show captions" enabled, it seems really pointless to tell them it's been enabled every single time; I'd think the only time we'd want a notification would usually be if captions couldn't be enabled for some reason.

I can't seem to find how when create a recurring live meeting to set up so the user can select which of the sessions they want to attend instead of having the link to all of the sessions. Or should I setup each session individually?
