Hey, Zoom meetings can automatically be recorded, and the recordings can be shared afterwards. However, there isn't currently a way to provide a link to all recordings of a recurring meeting. Meetings can automatically start at the time they are scheduled, so the meeting admin might not be present, and participants cannot access the recording afterward until some admin shares the link. I would be nice to be able to share a link to all recordings of a recurring meeting as a list or overview page, so that there is a constant link participants can access the recordings, and admins do not have to share the recording after each single meeting.

I run a distributed team. We always record and share recurring meetings, so that team members in other time zones can listen to discussions. However, as a meeting organizer, I always need to manually forward the "Zoom's Meeting Recording is ready" email notification to the rest of my team. With Google Meet, the meeting recording would conveniently appear on the calendar entry and be accessible. With Zoom, however, I must constantly wait for the recording and diligently share it with my team. There may be a few recurring meetings during the day, and this mundane task is something I need to do every time. It is busy work and one thing I can do without. It would be great if I could set up a meeting to "auto-share" the meeting recording with individual e-mails once the recording becomes available. I want set-it-and-forget-it functionality for sharing recordings of recurring meetings. We can already automatically enable recording. Is there a way to automatically share once the meeting is done? Thanks.

I've tried many times, but I still don't know how to paste texts and images on my whiteboard when I have a meeting! It's very annoying!
¿cual es el motivo porque se graba la sesión en la nube pero no se graba la parte en la que se trabaja en grupos pequeños? ¿Cómo solucionarlo?
Hi,
Can anyone confirm if this is correct? - Zoom's AI closed captions will be unavailable in the breakout rooms if the AI captions have been disabled in the main meeting, to allow for a manual captioner to be used instead.
Hi Community, My start button from my personal meeting ID has been missing for a while. Attached is a screenshot that shows the issue. Steps Taken: Workaround: Any wisdom would be greatly appreciated.

We've integrated the Zoom Web SDK into our ReactJS application. For generating JWT tokens to join meetings, we've utilized the Meeting SDK app, using its client ID and client secret keys. This setup allows us to join meetings successfully without needing to publish the app. However, given the current situation, we're required to publish the app in the marketplace, which involves submission review. Since we don't have external integrations like Connect App, we're unsure if app review submission is mandatory for us. Secondly, we're curious about how we can utilize a server-to-server authentication app for joining meetings and webinars using a signature.

I have the Zoom Pro plan. I am told that I should be able to share my screen during meetings (I am the Host). Unfortunately, during the meeting I could find no button linked to Screen Sharing. When I tried to set a meeting to allow screen sharing I keep getting the message: "The meeting does not support screen share." There apparently is no such thing as Customer Support in the Zoom world and the Sales representative's advice was to uninstall and then reinstall my app. Done + Done. Did nothing for me. Any body else have this issue? Any body know how to resolve it? Thanks - Janette

I have office hours for online classes I teach, on Zoom. When a student wants to meet with me, I see a small notification window appear at the top of the zoom meeting window, letting me know that they are waiting to have me let them join the meeting. My question is--if I am looking at another program on my laptop, and come back to the zoom meeting window, say 15 or 30 seconds after that notification first appeared---will the notification still be visible at the top of the zoom meeting window? How long does that notification window stay visible?
