I have a HP Pavillion Laptop PC 15-eh0000. When I launch Zoom I am unable to blur my background. Can you help me?

Me too! I prefer no filters and no Virtual BKgrounds. Recently all my outfoing videos include the blur background when I choose "none". Where. can we go for effective help?
