What does error code 13215 means?

Last week I set up a meeting but the participants in China were failed to join. The error code is 13215. What does it means?
I have been recording the same meeting through different user accounts under the same meeting room for work to test this out and it occurs on all of them, one account worse than the other. The actual meeting session will be fine with no issue, however on playback after the recording is viewed in playback, the recordings will freeze for 1-3 seconds every 10-20 seconds (variable) - sometimes it can go for minutes without this but other times it will freeze every 10 seconds consistently. I am not sure why this is happening. I noticed a coworker of mine had the same issue on a completely different meeting. Is this a Zoom issue? what can be done to fix it?

Whenever I switch camera video window freezes and no longer shows what's happening? Working fine on Android 11 or higher. But not working Android 10 or lower. Which version? To Reproduce(If applicable) I try on multiple device like - Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Scenario: A coworker of mine started the meeting. He passed the role as host to me when I joined the meeting so I could cloud record to get the audio transcript once the meeting was over. I clicked the cloud record button when everyone joined the meeting. I see the flashing red button. The meeting is now over, my coworkers have left the meeting, and I click stop recording a second before I end the meeting. Problem: I can't find the recording anywhere. I didn't get any email from zoom regarding the recording of the meeting. I have checked the recording library in my zoom account but nowhere to be found. Questions: 1)Is there a solution to finding the recording? 2)What did I do wrong? 3)How can I prevent this problem moving forward? 4)Does the recording get sent to the original host? One day, during a meeting, my video disappeared and now it is a black screen with a slash through a camera. I have uninstalled, reinstalled several times. I have checked camera settings in windows - which allows. I have even updated my camera driver for my laptop. Still not working and cannot get any answers. Help!!!!!

My laptop has its' own mic mute key. After I press mic mute key, system is muted. I can't speak in zoom meeting. But the mic icon of zoom still present "unmute". Seems zoom mic status doesn't sync as system mic status. Also, when zoom mic show mute, I can't unmute it via pressing keyboard mic mute key. Seems only can be unmuted via zoom mic UI. This situation can be observed on different laptop brands. I'm not sure if it's a design or bug? I saw some similar questions on internet but seems no official comment. That will be great to get answer from here 😀. Thanks.

Hello! Is there a way to customize zoom meeting control tabs. For example there are a bunch of things on the default tab I don’t use or seldomly use such as Summary, AI companion, Apps, whiteboards. And other things I use commonly like breakout rooms. However, I now have to click MORE to get to breakout rooms when I would rather have it on the default row. Is there a way to customize the tab or if not a way to suggest Zoom changes that? Thanks in advance
