Hi, 

 

We utilise the translated captions feature for our live tutorials we host (students listen in either English, or use translated captions in their native language), however we have a lot of students who watch the recorded tutorial if they cannot make the live tutorial. I am looking at a way to ensure the transcription is available in multiple languages, or a way they can listen to the recording in their language.

 

At the moment our tutorial recording (and captions) are available only in English, and our transcript in English.

I locally recorded a meeting, but after the meeting ended, the recording didn't automatically convert as it usually does. Instead, I noticed two files named 'double_click_to_convert_02.zoom' and 'double_click_to_convert_01.zoom.'

When I attempted to manually convert the video using Zoom, the conversion process initiated but abruptly terminated at around 70%, leaving the video unconverted. I'm uncertain whether the files are corrupted or not, but I'm eager to recover this recording. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

getting a double set of viewers and screen glitching when I share

This started with the latest update.   When I screenshare either an individual item or my desktop, the views show up twice and the screen randomly glitches.   Have tried deleting zoom and re-loading.  Same issue.

New feature announcement pop up can't be dismissed

A new announcement (announcing continuous chats) has started popping up when I start a meeting. I have tried to dismiss it by clicking the x, and even tried clicking on what it wants me to see (i.e., "learn more" and "start chatting") hoping it would... Show more

A new announcement (announcing continuous chats) has started popping up when I start a meeting.  I have tried to dismiss it by clicking the x, and even tried clicking on what it wants me to see (i.e., "learn more" and "start chatting") hoping it would disappear.  But nothing dismisses the announcement.  It is covering people's faces during the meeting which is extremely distracting.  Can anyone offer a solution?

captions URL

Hi, I have a pro account and so should be able to retrieve a captions URL several days in adavnce of a Zoom meeting and send it to a 3rd party captioner. How do I find the Captions URL ahead of the meeting starting?

Can I set up auto signin when zoom starts on Windows ?

I am using zoom on 2 PCs. One at home (PC1) and one at my parent's house (PC2). Zoom log me out from PC 1 when I start Zoom on PC2 and vice versa. I am at home in the morning and at my parents in the afternoon. This means that I have to sign in twice... Show more

I am using zoom on 2 PCs. One at home (PC1) and one at my parent's house (PC2). Zoom log me out from PC 1 when I start Zoom on PC2 and vice versa. I am at home in the morning and at my parents in the afternoon. This means that I have to sign in twice a day. Is there a way to get Zoom to sign in automatically every time I start Zoom ?

Zoom and Windows 11

In my company, all devices with Windows 11 are not compatible with the zoom application, the camera and microphone do not work at all
