I have a weekly (recurring) Zoom meeting which is always at the same time, and usually has about 50 participants. This week, however, the Zoom meeting is an hour than usual, and I'm not sure that all participants have got the message (or will remember) that it's an hour later. I'd like to create a custom message for those who join at the usual time to remind them about the time change. And I don't want to have to be present on the Zoom meeting either. I tried making a custom waiting room message, but it seems that participants are not actually placed in the waiting room unless I have already started the meeting. If participants join early and I'm not on Zoom, then they only see the message 'Waiting for the host to start this meeting', with the Time field set to 'This is a recurring meeting'. Any thoughts on how I might do this?

Hi,
I hope someone can help 🙂
We have a big meeting planned for tomorrow and we are currently running a test. We are using my account.
The person I want to make the Host for the meeting cannot unmute on her computer.
She can log on using her phone and unmute.
If we set up another test meeting using another account she can also unmute her computer (so not an issue with her microphone)
What setting on her computer on this particular account might be causing her not to be able to unmute?
Any help would be really appreciated. 🙂

Hello, I share my flipped video from the zoom app on my iphone 13 so other participants can observe a location virtually. However, the video that appears for others on the zoom meeting is very narrow-it takes up about one third of my zoom square. Is there a way to get the video to take up the entire square so they can see the video better? Thanks.

Hi all,
I paid Zoom One Pro license but in my account I still see Basic and I can not have meeting longer than 40 minutes.
Is there any help?
Regards,
Radek
After adjusting the input method, video settings and testing on other apps, the screen keeps flashing green/white for viewers and the host of the meeting when using the Logitech C290e Business Webcam on macOS. It only seems to be happening on Zoom and I'm very interested in any suggestions/solutions that are available. Thanks!

I need to schedule a meeting to occur every day from early January until the end of April. Zoom is only allowing me to schedule through early March. Is there any way to extend the date/number of occurrences. (I'm not sure if it's date-triggered or occurrence-triggered, if that makes sense.) Thanks!

Whenever I have zoom meetings, the names of some of our audiences are 'broken'. Most of them come in Korean names, and I thought that it could be a language error, but there are others whose Korean names still show very well in the zoom meetings. I'm wondering what the issue is? This gets problematic because we take their attendance with the meeting report we get after the meeting, but with their names unknown there is no way to do so. This issue has only happened after an update was done by Zoom recently. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you!

I am a teaching on zoom. I extended my meeting end date until June, but when I go in to see my meeting details, it says my last meeting will be on January 9. I saved my edits. So, I have two different end dates for the same meeting, depending on what screen I look at. How can I reconcile the two and make sure I can continue meeting until June 2024?
