I cant finde the info on how many Licensed user i can have in diferent palns types, how many users that can start a meeting per plan type?

I recorded a meeting through the cloud feature - everyone on the meeting was notified with the audio and chat feature when I began and finished recording. However, I didn't get an email following the meeting with my recording details and likewise, the recording is not showing up in my cloud recordings under my account. I even checked my computer and local recordings even though I am 100% positive I used cloud recording.

I saw some people recommending looking through the deleted recording files, but I have never once deleted a recording so I don't even see that as an option on my screen.

Has anyone else had this problem and know how to solve/where to look? Thanks!

Scheduling Meetings

Hello everyone. I want to schedule a meeting for 7 classes for specific times and dates. But when I select "Recurring Meeting" the time and date options close. How does one schedule a recurring meeting with specific time and date parameters?

Unable to join the meeting via web portal

CD hymnal music in the background for church cannot be heard on Zoom audience to sing along

When I turn on the CD player behind me to have the zoom audience sing along, for the past three weeks they are saying they cannot hear the music playing. This is a new problem, I have had music playing for 3 years with no trouble!

I try to configure that one external user may avoid the Waiting Room which is mandatory for everyone.

I have enabled "Users invited during the meeting by the host or co-hosts will bypass the waiting room" on the Waiting Room in Settings.


I have scheduled the meeting with the active Waiting Room and started the meeting. Then during this meeting, I invited the user by email. This user got the email and followed the link. But this user still got into the Waiting Room.

 

Could anyone advise why it doesn't work for my case?
Maybe I miss some additional settings?

I'm scheduling a webinar for a date in May where our time zone will be UTC+1. But right now we're in March where the time zone is UTC+0.

Zoom scheduling only offers a choice of my current time zone.

Ideally the drop down menu for time zones should change according to the date set in the earlier field.

What's the right way to ensure a meeting is scheduled correctly?

See the attachment which is scheduled for May 1st - but the time zone in London is showing GMT+0 when it should be GMT+1

I am using Zoom on my Mac mini.  The message "Your default microphone has changed to NexiGo N930E FHD Webcam Audio and will now be used".  This message pops up every 8 seconds and it is displayed twice on the screen.  I don't want to use that audio option, which is why I have something else selected in my preferences.  Additionally others in the meeting can only hear every other word that I am saying.  Plugging in my headphones does not seem to resolve the issue.  There used to be an option to call into the meeting, but for some reason this option is not always available.  Why not make this option available for every meeting?  I've been dealing with audio issues on zoom for over a year.  Just let me call in and everything works fine.
