I scheduled a free meeting with clients on April , but I'm gonna upgrade my account by the meeting (basic to business).
Then, is this meeting options applied the upgrade plan? or should I set up a new meeting schedule?
I’m using an iPad. When I start a meeting , the full toolbar doesn’t appear. Also, “screen share” doesn’t appear…only “share content “ appears.
I’ve checked my setttings to make sure that screen sharing is enabled .
any help?
My Zoom virtual background is not working. I have tried adding an app and I got an error message when it was pending to load the image. I do not have a green screen. Also, sometimes the virtual blur background will disappear randomly and I have month of laundry being examined by other students and professor in my Ph.d program, while I try to get my point across in class. Can you help? I have been trying to get it to work since the inception of opening my account and I tested almost all the variations of how to get it to work with a green screen, without, with the app, I have tried my own image, I have purchased a Zoom background and I have also tried the ones available, etc. Do you have any solutions?

I created a meeting with my Basic account with a random meeting ID so that participants could join the meeting without my presence. What happens when all the participants leave? Will the meeting end, or will it continue until 40 min? I have concurrent meetings, and each meeting duration is 30 min. As I can't specify the time limit on recurring meetings in the basic plan, I wonder if the people joining the second meeting will see the dreaded message saying, "the host has another meeting in progress".

I need a one time meeting participants update, because I have an unusual meeting that will have around 300 participants. My meeting participants is usually under 100.

Hello. I have scheduled a meeting where participants need to register. Can I use the same meeting to test and do a dry-run before the meeting takes place with one participant? I have selected the option joining any time. Does anything happen with the meeting if I test it before? Do I risk anything of using the link and allowing one person in who has registered, this person will be my co-facilitator. thanks

I get this message at some stage during every meeting, and then I get muted. It happens if I'm hosting and also if I'm just joining a meeting. It happens early (within a few minutes of starting, or sometimes later. I have tried all possible different combinations of speaker and microphone (using computer's built in mic, no external mic) but it still happens. I have uninstalled and re-installed zoom, it still happens. Please help!

I have a paid licensed account but I am not seeing any option to set up a Zoom session for more than 24 hours. I need to set up a session for 28 hours but I am not sure how to create it. Max I see is 24 hours. Any help that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

How do I enable original sound for a Participant? I know how to enable it for myself when I am host. But how do I make sure a participant (a student or teacher in a music lesson) can also turn on original sound?
