Zoom events Marketo integration stopped working

HI, for some reason even though we did not change anything the Marketo integration we had with Zoom events stopped working. We're getting this error:

[{"code":"10033","message":"token_not_found"}]}

We have several hubs and the issue persists on all of them. Zoom event support sent us to look for information on their documentation or goole but there's literally no mentions of this error nowhere and we don't know what causes it and how to fix it. Anyone knows that to do? It's kind of urgent

Did anyone provide a solution for this issue? Just happened suddenly in our instance

No. Nothing. Zoom Events's support were so bad they just said it's an integration technical issue and apparently they don't support it. Just sent me a link to their documentation that has zero articles or mentions of this error. I tried to look in Google as well and asked chat GPT, nothing.

Hi @TamirBelzer - Welcome to the Zoom Community. I’m not a Marketo expert, but, to my knowledge, the "token not found" error almost always points to an authentication issue. I understand you haven't changed anything on your end, but in normal cases re-authenticating the connection and carefully verifying the credentials should do the trick. Sometimes authentication tokens expire for security, so re-authentication is the most common fix. If re-authenticating doesn’t work, try to check Marketo's settings and try to see if there’s a button for you to "Refresh” or "Reauthorize," or something similar for the Zoom Events connection. You might also want to raise this question on our Developer’s Page Forum. It is an online community space designed for developers who work with Zoom's APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools. Might be the best place to ask this query. 😀

This is happening to us as well.  Was redoing the authentications on the Zoom/Marketo App able to resolve the error?
