I have had problems with Zoom Audio ever since I changed to a Lenovo PC 3 months ago. I test my audio settings beforehand and the microphone works perfectly ok for recording and playback. When others join the meeting we can all talk together. We then have a bell ringing group where we all play 2 bells using a separate program. This works ok until I say "BOB" which the others can't hear even though I am saying it very loudly, as my wife will testify. I have tried three sets of headphones with mic and even the computer mic and the same problem persists. I have tried adjusting various audio settings but to no avail. Any thoughts please ?

With my Zoom Pro I never had issues but now with Zoom Workplace I have to close almost all app etc as the space Zoom Workplace takes is excessive and the quality of my call keeps on dropping. Is there any way I can optimise my memory etc whilst in Zoom Workplace mode?

Is the second or third time, zoom disappears from my computer and I have to reinstall it. May anybody tell me if this is ok?
And although I am a paid client, it does not recognize me when I install again the desk application
And there is no one to contact to.... and eith the new design I've lost the board where I had my different pre set meetings....
