Problem with Virtual Background

my virtual backgrounds look correct in the virtual background grid, but when I select any of them, there is a red mark that looks like a brush mark on the images. How would that get there and how do I remove it?

I’m planning to consolidate 2 accounts into 1. Both accounts have associated domains and vanity URLs enabled with Zoom, causing them both to have vanity Zoom Meeting links for users. We’re trying to prevent all of the users’ Zoom Meeting links from being broken by the migration from account #1 to account #2. Is this possible?

Source tracking reporting in Zoom Events??

I know how to create source tracking codes for my Zoom events, but cannot get code usage to show up when I run reports. I have configured the reports to capture it (I think), but the Source of Registration column in the report only lists "N/A."Help??... Show more

I'm trying to record a 5-7 minute presentation for my final, and I can't seem to find a tab that allows me enable computer recording. The article I found says I need to go to Account Management and then "Account Settings" to enable it. But I can't fi... Show more

I'm trying to record a 5-7 minute presentation for my final, and I can't seem to find a tab that allows me enable computer recording. The article I found says I need to go to Account Management and then "Account Settings" to enable it. But I can't find "Account Settings."

The only thing I see under Account Management is "Account Profile" and "Reports." No Account Settings. In "Account Profile" I only see my account type, my role, and my meeting capacity. "Reports" is also a dead-end.

I just want to record a 5-minute presentation on my computer. Please tell me if this is a bug or not and how to fix it. I can't use Clips because it only allows for 2-minute recordings. Please help!
