if i cancel my current zoom cloud storage subscription will all my past meeting recordings get deleted? i'm not currently using zoom...but i'm paying $40/month for 200gb of cloud storage. i'll likely be using zoom again for work in 4-5 months so was just curious if my recordings would still be there when i resubscribe to the $40/month plan.

Empezaremos con la mayor atracción, y es que en el mensual What’s New at Zoom (Novedades de Zoom) comentamos las funciones más importantes que han llegado a nuestros productos y por lo tanto siempre merece la pena tomar parte en esta breve sesión. Muchos de ustedes ya se han percatado de ello y han comenzado a notar los beneficios de estar bien informados.

 

También contamos con sesiones de Open Office, en las cuales además de comentar funciones y herramientas de Zoom, tenemos un espacio de preguntas y respuestas. 

 

Adicionalmente, a su disposición encontrarán sesiones de capacitación grabadas y en vivo.

A pesar de que todo lo mencionado hasta ahora se encuentra disponible en inglés, les animo a que le echen un vistazo.

 

Cabe destacar que hemos comenzado hace poco a compilar sesiones de capacitación en español, a pesar de que estas solo se encuentran en su versión grabada, merecen la pena para tener un conocimiento básico sobre los productos de Zoom y su uso. Estas capacitaciones son demostraciones directas sobre cómo usar productos como las reuniones o los webinars. En estos momentos contamos con las siguientes capacitaciones:

Where is the Recording & Transcript tab??

I'm trying to record a 5-7 minute presentation for my final, and I can't seem to find a tab that allows me enable computer recording. The article I found says I need to go to Account Management and then "Account Settings" to enable it. But I can't fi... Show more

I'm trying to record a 5-7 minute presentation for my final, and I can't seem to find a tab that allows me enable computer recording. The article I found says I need to go to Account Management and then "Account Settings" to enable it. But I can't find "Account Settings."

The only thing I see under Account Management is "Account Profile" and "Reports." No Account Settings. In "Account Profile" I only see my account type, my role, and my meeting capacity. "Reports" is also a dead-end.

I just want to record a 5-minute presentation on my computer. Please tell me if this is a bug or not and how to fix it. I can't use Clips because it only allows for 2-minute recordings. Please help!

zoom alternative?

zoom customer's support is atrocious. I have had a webinar that I am supposed to host just disappear and now the account is saying I don't have the webinar service. Getting someone on the phone. The chat system is a joke. Anyone have any suggestions? Show more

Zoom Recording Glitch and Technical Support

Zoom recording settings are failing over and over again - with the most serious occurring yesterday. A one hour session recorded with a senior US government official for distribution and an announcement is "corrupted" and cannot be located. We have e... Show more

Zoom recording settings are failing over and over again - with the most serious occurring yesterday. A one hour session recorded with a senior US government official for distribution and an announcement is "corrupted" and cannot be located. We have evidence it was recorded by not just observing the prompt and hearing it for the start and finish of the recording, but with the addition of the linked app - READ AI - showing a recording and a transcript accordingly. However READ AI is not allowing us to access our own information without paying an additional fee. 

 

In turn, Zoom Technical Assistance has sent us 6 different emails with 3 different tickets, from 5 different Zoom employees - and the latest being an email saying our ticket has been "closed". 

 

With apologies for this bold statement but what the F is going on with Zoom and its engineering-technical situation? We have been on 10 recorded work sessions over the past month - some on our account, some on others - and anywhere from 45-60 minutes into the sessions, Zoom recording just shuts itself off. 

 

Anyone in the community much less Zoom leadership care to address this urgently and appropriately?

Hi, I was found a couple of Zoom Phone admin training links that lead me here, but they were well in the past. Are there Zoom Phone Admin training webinars scheduled in the future? Or, do recordings exist of past trainings that I could access?

AI Companion Security

  • Zoom does not use any of your audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments or other communications-like customer content (such as poll results, whiteboard and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party artificial intelligence models.


AI Companion for Education and Healthcare

  • Healthcare and education customers have unique industry-specific data security and privacy concerns. As such, for those customers with BAAs in place with us, certain AI Companion features will be made available once the necessary HIPAA compliance is provided for these features.

  • Currently, Meeting Summary, Smart Recording for Meetings, and Thread Summary for Team Chat are available for Healthcare and Education accounts with BAAs in place. The admin settings for these features are all disabled and locked by default.
