Zoom Partner Exchange Program

I'm looking for information concerning the process for ordering new Zoom phone service using Zoom's Partner Exchange Program in Uganda. Any information will be helpful.

Audio problems with Zoom phone only - meetings works fine

HiThis problem is somewhat intermittent but is more often a problem than not. When using Zoom phone on the desktop app, I can neither hear nor be heard. The desktop app works fine for meetings and using the 'test microphone' and 'test speaker' option... Show more

This problem is somewhat intermittent but is more often a problem than not.

 

When using Zoom phone on the desktop app, I can neither hear nor be heard. The desktop app works fine for meetings and using the 'test microphone' and 'test speaker' options works successfully.

 

I have deleted and reinstalled Zoom. (And rebooted multiple times). 

 

Using Windows 11.

 

The Zoom app on my cell phone works fine.

We recently discovered an issue with our website's CSP settings that required an additional step to ensure that all browsers can access and open ZVA. 

If you're seeing reports that "ZVA isn't opening for me" and the icon is not showing, please ask your Dev Op or IT Manager to do the following:

add *.zoom.us to script-src (load js from *.zoom.us)

add *.zoom.us to child-src (to load iframe from *.zoom.us)

add wss://*.zoom.us https://*.zoom.us (to connect-src to make http request)

If your DevOps or IT Manager does not approve of this method, please submit a support ticket under the product category "Zoom Virtual Agent," and we have other options to provide them to ensure that ZVA can operate as intended on your web assets and you can get a high ROI for your investment with Zoom Virtual Agent and Contact Center!

this is a huge security exposure to our organization

 

there are at least 5-6 vendors; and the list is growing; most of them are NOT on the Zoom Marketplace

 

zoom settings do not appear to be working

  • blocking domains of the autobots does not seem to work, eg block read.ai
  • setting a captcha does not seem to work either

for usability in our 10,000 volunteer organization, we prefer to avoid hassles of forcing registration/authentication, we use embedded passcode in the zoom URL link

  • captcha is acceptable [if it worked];
    • but not mandating entry of the meeting passcode

Hi All,

 

I currently have setup an Auto-Receptionist to handle incoming external lines. This has a greeting set to advise that calls are recorded for quality purposes etc. This then routes to a call queue that has the team setup to answer.

 

We used to have it setup so the external lines were going direct to the call queue with the greeting setup there as well. We found that if another office transferred the call, the customer would hear the call recording advice more than once. This was very frustrating to them. The good thing about this setup was the level of reporting that we would get on which external line did they call, the number of abandoned calls during the call recording announcement etc. Unfortunately this level of detail has been lost as the A/R reporting is no where near as good.

 

My question is if there is a way to satisfy both requirements ie to have the C/R announcement play only once on a call (regardless of whether it is transferred back to the call queue or not) and provide the level of report detail (i tried to replace the A/R with another call queue but to no avail).

 

I know the originating call is traced so maybe a feature request to add this to the Org settings as a default message of incoming calls?
