On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I'm looking for information concerning the process for ordering new Zoom phone service using Zoom's Partner Exchange Program in Uganda. Any information will be helpful.

Hello @msimpson
It seems there is only one (1) provider for Uganda from what I could see at a glance; take a look to ULAP

https://ulap.net/zoom/

Most likely you need to contact the Partner Exchange and have an account with them before you can do anything on the Zoom side. Contact them first and they will guide with the exact information about what you have to do.

On the Zoom side, the management is done on the Web Portal:  "ADMIN > Number Management > Provider Exchange

You have probably seen this already but take a look to the Zoom documentation about how to setup a Provider Exchange via "Zoom

Web Portal" or via "Zoom Marketplace".

Good luck, I hope you find what you are looking for.
