Vote now We are currently facing a significant delay when using the Zoom Meeting SDK in our application. When more than 150 users attempt to join a meeting simultaneously, the joining process takes over 10 minutes, which severely impacts the user experience. I enrolled for 300 users plan.
Could you please provide insights into the following:
Are there any known limitations or restrictions when handling a large number of simultaneous join requests?
Are there any recommended optimisations or best practices to improve the meeting joining speed?
Would upgrading to a different plan or making configuration changes help resolve this issue?

I need a way to permanently prevent all participants from starting their video. There does not seem to be a global setting to disable video share for participants. Please help.

上記を参考に、ZoomRevenueAcceleratorとSalesforceを連携いたしました。
しばらくは希望通りの挙動になっていましたが、最近動きがおかしくなっております。
Zoom Webポータルでアカウント管理→アカウント設定→連携の「Salesforce Connected」を確認したところ、
Expire on 2025年11月28日となっておりました。もしかしてこれがいけないのかもと思いましたが、
どうすればいいのかわかりません。
上記サイトを確認すると、
>統合の切断を確認すると、元に戻すことはできません
とあり、一度切断すると、二度と接続させることができないという意味かもと怖くて切断させることができません。
知見のある方、「Expire on」の意味と、対応方法をご教授いただけるととても助かります。

i have tried to purchase zoom phone but the time o checkout it showed me this error in the upper banner so anyone can guide me through this as how can i fix this issue and purcahse the zoom phone and if internal team is working on this so how many days it will take them to fix this ?
i have tried to contact support and the agent said that that's not our relevant department the internal team will work on your issue altough he generated a ticket on behalf of my issue , so what i wanna know is
has anyone got the same error like this ?

I need to create a Zoom Phone project with local survivability. The Zoom support site is clear how to deploy the ZPLS, however I could find any information about additional licenses or costs. Please community, has anyone implemented ZPLS? Is it mandatory to purchase any additional license or service? Kind Regards

We had a power outage and had to make a temporary switch to a mobile number for our practice. The next day I went to switch back to a user, that option is not one of the drop-down options anymore. Tried the chat bot with a few things like: auto receptionist "route to user" not working - Bot response: Ensure you have selected a valid routing option such as Voicemail, User, or Call Queue If you have followed these steps and the 'Route to' option is still not available, please contact Zoom support for further assistance. - My statement: The route to user option is not listed on the drop down. It used to be there. - As a workaround, I used the direct line to the user (as would for an external contact). This internal user option needs to be available. What happened?

Hi! I wanted to know if there is a way to turn off the Call Monitoring disclaimer for inbound calls. I want to keep them for outbound calls. We currently mention call monitoring and recording on the custom greeting we have so we would like to remove the disclaimer on the inbound calls. I could not find this setting and if not it should be included as a fix in future updates.

Hi Team, I have recnelty Recorded a meeting but no notes or transcipt of meeting have come through. Just the video. I hosted a meeting and recorded but unfortunately there was no transcript or summary meeting notes come through via email like other recent meetings. Is there a way to get this after the recorded meeting is saved to the cloud on zoom? I am admin. I received a summary for meeting held 2 days ago but not yesterday. Cheers
