I need to create a Zoom Phone project with local survivability.

The Zoom support site is clear how to deploy the ZPLS, however I could find any information about additional licenses or costs.

Please community,  has anyone implemented ZPLS? Is it mandatory to purchase any additional license or service?
If necessary, please could you provide the SKU.

Additional licensing is required to deploy ZPLS.
