Vote now I need to create a Zoom Phone project with local survivability. The Zoom support site is clear how to deploy the ZPLS, however I could find any information about additional licenses or costs. Please community, has anyone implemented ZPLS? Is it mandatory to purchase any additional license or service? Kind Regards

I am about ready to scream. During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates. The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens. Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter. The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen. ”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen” When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled. Any ideas how to get these to stop?!

How do you enable "external web query" in AI Companion? AI Companion is telling me it can't answer a question because it doesn't have permission to access to do an external web query.

通常時は画面ではなく、ウィンドウ指定していますが
場合によって、画面共有もあるかと思います。
ポータルの設定などで対策できる方法をご存知の方が居られましたら教えてください。

ご担当者に一度確認したところ、Zoom完結モデルに移行すると第三者提供がないとうかがいました。
Zoom完結モデルに移行するにはサポートから問い合わせるように案内があったので問い合わせました。
まずは移行による影響度を調査したいです。
The caller will hear, "This call may be monitored for quality assurance purposes," when someone dials the extension or the 10 DID of one user. We have verified that call recording is disabled for this user and is happening to only one user.
I recorded a meeting yesterday and I didn't got the recording. I record my meetings locally and I have several. I can see the transcript, the report on read.ai but no video recording. It has been more than 24 h now, how do I recover the recording? How can I contact zoom support directly?

Hey, If I were in a meeting and the host gave me permission to record the meeting, but at that time I didnt have zoom premium, is there any chance I can get the access to the recording if I buy the premium or somehow?
The playback of Silmulive videos is pretty bad. The video and audio are barely off, and it seems like it is playing the video at 15fps. I tested this many time and in many different ways and on many different devices. Still, the same. Then I went live and played the video in a live webinar. No problems. It worked perfectly. It's just the Simulive. I assume, since this is a production-worthy feature of Zoom, that it had to be working at one point or it's just not working for me or...?
