Meeting record missing

I recorded a meeting yesterday and I didn't got the recording. I record my meetings locally and I have several. I can see the transcript, the report on read.ai but no video recording. It has been more than 24 h now, how do I recover the recording? How can I contact zoom support directly?

hi @vera8 ,

Your recordings are in your docs/Zoom and may not be converted with the name click, but they are on your computer. There are no copies within Zoom. If they are not there, then I regret it is lost or never recorded.
