The playback of Silmulive videos is pretty bad. The video and audio are barely off, and it seems like it is playing the video at 15fps.
I tested this many time and in many different ways and on many different devices. Still, the same.
Then I went live and played the video in a live webinar. No problems. It worked perfectly.
It's just the Simulive.
I assume, since this is a production-worthy feature of Zoom, that it had to be working at one point or it's just not working for me or...?
I took an 11 second video of it to show what is happening:

I'd love any help to make this right. Thanks.

Ok, I don't have an exact answer but the first thing I would do is to make sure your recording is the same file type and spec as zoom records. Which I have taken from a quick local recording.
Bit rate : 1 097 kb/s
Width : 1 280 pixels
Height : 720 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 16:9
Frame rate mode : Constant
Frame rate : 25.000 FPS
Color space : YUV
Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0
Bit depth : 8 bits
Scan type : Progressive
My suspicion is that it is converting the file and this makes it worse, please come back if you need more.
all the best
John
