When the teacher open Whiteboard during video meeting, I cannot see anything. 

When I opened the " Whiteboard" function in zoom, it just shows:   Unable to load this whiteboard. Error code: 3.

Hello Team Zoom,

 
I bought a new Samsung Andriod tablet on the 30th March. Very expensive device. 
 
ZOOM worked fine until May. 
 
I went to China to deliver lectures...not using ZOOM. 
 
This week I needed ZOOM again and it does not work. It does the SSO login and instead of automatically launching the app, it just stops. I press the Launch ZOOM button on the webscreen and NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I am exhausted. 
 
I have:
 
1. Cleared the cache on Chrome
2. Installed and tried to use Microsoft Edge instead
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.
4. Did a Factory Reset SEVERAL times in the last 16 hours (including at least twice this morning).
 
Still the same problem. 
 
On my old SAMSUNG Android tablet it works. On my expensive new one it does not yet it did before May. 
 
Please I beg of you for help as I have two online lectures to give on Monday and need ZOOM on the new tablet to work.

Resolved! Is AI Companion HIPPA Compliant?

The subject is pretty self-explanatory. I'm a psychotherapist. I'm considering using AI Companion to summarize sessions for my notes. Do user sessions get used in training the AI?

The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....

I have my Zoom VDI Workplace V6.1.13 installed and I am upgrading the version from my tenant.... the channel on the tenant is set to the latest version 6.2.11....  The application sees that there is an update pending as the registry is pointing to the correct channel in the tenant....
When I reboot the Vmware VDI or close down Zoom in the system tray and re-open Zoom it should automatically update the version, but I am receiving the message:
The System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation....
It's like the installer is no longer allowing a standard user to install the update, or the user has no rights to uninstall the current version...
Anyone have any ideas?

Any help greatly appreciated.

For the first time, I chose to allow the AI companion to join the meeting. I am both the admin of the account and the host/organizer of the meeting. The plan is Workplace Pro.

 

Following the meeting, on the main dashboard, I pulled down the AI Companion option to choose 'Summarize this Meeting'. I received this message: Sorry, I cannot answer your question because you don't have the permission to access the meeting transcript.

My settings seem to be correct, so I'm not sure what I need to do to get meeting summaries in the future. Any help appreciated.

In a meeting this morning I shared my screen as host and then assigned slide control to 3 co-hosts.  Later during the meeting we were joined by another co-host but I was not able to assign slide control to him.  His name did not even appear as an option. 

 

Any tips on how to make this work or why it didn't work ?  Bit of a novice with this functionality :-).

I purchased a paid subscription to use the online translation feature from AI Companion:

"Zoom AI Companion can translate your Zoom meetings into over 30 languages in real time. This can help you communicate with people from all over the world."

However, I don't see anything similar in the settings or interface. How do I enable it?

Screen flickering partially

Since a month or 2 ago, my external screen turns black and flickers only when I use Zoom. The Zoom video (on the external screen also) is stable. It is everything else that flickers. This tells me that is it not the screen connection.

Also my internal screen (laptop) is stable.

I use my computer a lot and it only happens with Zoom. The problem is that I can't see my notes since they keep blacking out.

I have updated to the latest version of Zoom Workplace. No improvement.
