Vote now Since months I try to change the name information displayed on the invoice. It just displays my name and lacks the name of the association I created and run this account for. It is a self aid group of patients but where I place the name in my profile it keeps not showing up on the invoice "SHG ME/CFS, LongCovid, PostCovid, PostVac". I also changed my name and include my wives you is the director of the group. But also change is not reflected. I am afraid I have to cancel my subscription ans resubscribe or change the service provider completely. I do not get rembursed by the organization as long as there is a wrong name information on the invoice. Thanks for any advice how you were probably more successful than I am.

Hi! I just updated to Zoom version 6.4.3 (52139). Where is the meeting information, including the Zoom link and dial-in info? I cannot find it anywhere. It used to be included in the meeting listed on the Zoom calendar. Thank you!
Has anyone else experienced the ‘invite’ button no longer showing under the Participant option when in zoom meeting?
I thought this would be of interest to the community. Use Case = Test your Zoom Room video conference endpoints (Poly/HP, Neat,etc) with an overnight call for quality assurance purposes. AKA capture network changes, power outages, codecs not responding, etc. I wrote this in Powershell but you can export to Python.

My account has been consolidated to another acount with the help of zoom support. But I haven't received a refund of the 18 licenses. Thorugh https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068212 , "Any licenses or add-ons purchased by separate accounts can be refunded during the consolidation process.". I wonder when will I receive my refund.

Hello, I am trying to change the email address in my profile, and get this error: Unable to update email(Error code: 33000). The support chatbot recommended I try to create a new account. When I do this, I get the same error code. I don't see any information about this error code in the Knowledge Base, and I do not have a support contract. Any help would be appreciated.

Referring to the following community chat, I understand that I need to change the caller on line one. However, on the Zoom portal, line one is greyed out, so I am not able to change the caller ID. Добрый день. Просьба прояснить ситуацию со списанием средств за пользование номером, которым я не пользуюсь но средства все равно снимает: 888-799-9666, +18887999666. Последнее списание 05.03.25. Даже если я не использую Зум, средства в размере 18 долларов каждый месяц списывает за использование номера. Большая просьба подсказать, как это отключить. Спасибо.

I found this thread and it has many examples of users experiencing the same across different OS's and hardware. https://www.reddit.com/r/Zoom/comments/g0vavu/zoom_keeps_crashing_my_wifi_network/ Same thing for me, most meetings I drop off every few minutes and my whole wifi connection drops as well. Can't use chrome or slack, totally offline. It's happened dozens of times and I NEVER drop a connection otherwise. Only in Zoom meetings. I would love to get a solution to this or some understanding of what's happening. Thanks so much!

When adding the iframe code to our website (Squarespace) it appears fine on desktop but doesn't seem to be mobile-friendly. It doesn't stack like it's supposed to on mobile. So all you see as a user is monthly view calendar and when you click on a date it doesn't dropdown/pull up the times to choose from. They stay to the right - off of the mobile view and you can't scroll to the right to see them. Shouldn't the iframe option work on mobile just like it does if you were to click the Zoom Scheduler link on mobile?
