Meetings seem to be freezing. Anyone else experiencing this recently? Has only just started happening.
We've got 4 Zoom rooms, all with iPads running the Zoom app in kiosk mode. In the admin console we've enabled auto updates to install between midnight and 3am, yet updates never get installed. We had a big C-level meeting get delayed in the middle of the afternoon because updates needed to be installed before the app would run. Is there anything else we need to do besides enable auto updates in the admin console to make this work?

Curious if any users ran into similar issues with Google Calendar resources suddenly becoming unavailable for users at random moments after implementing the Zoom room check-in feature. By power of reduction, we have disabled the feature and the issues have disappeared.
Full context:
- Implemented Zoom-room check-in feature. We use Neat hardware.
- Zoom rooms are connected to Google Calendar resources.
- User reports sky-rocketed on following issue: a room was booked and accepted by the Google resource. At a later point, this room was then removed from the meeting/denied without cause.
- Other root causes have been investigated without result.
- Our other office does not have the check-in feature enabled > no issues.
We have disabled the check-in feature as of 3 weeks, and the issues have disappeared.

Hello, Are USB HID usage tables available for Zoom and Zoom Rooms features and functionality, like mute sync or LED sync? I'm trying to confirm USB HID reports and related information for communicating. I understand that this information may not be generally available, and only available for vendors who are part of the hardware certification program. If that's the case, do you have anything I can refer to that shows that joining the certification program is required to access the USB HID usage tables? Thanks! -Ed

Does anyone know if there are small android devices that will run zoom room digital signage? I know that when I run zoom rooms on Logitech Rally Bars that I’m running on android. I’m wondering if there’s something small and easy to manage like a fire stick or a Chromecast or something like that we can run zoom digital displays on, rather than purposing a full PC for just a sign.

I cannot remove my Zoom Rooms licenses. Please help with the step by step on how to do it.
I try to setup our first Zoom Room Digital Signage Screen Created a ZOOM Room in the Zoom Web Portal for Digital Signage only. Connect a PC to the TV, downloaded the Zoom app, signed in and installed the ZOOM ROOM controller app. Then click on "Control nearby room". Entered the Register Key. Click connect. The register key failed every time I tried. I followed this setup: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4418659899021-Using-the-Zoom-Rooms-Controller-app Do I missed something? Do I have to go another route? All the Youtube videos I found only talk about the setup of an Digital Signage Room in the Zoom Web Portal.

We have dozens of Crestron TSW-1060s that operate as Zoom Room controllers for us, but as of this morning are unable to launch zoom. We receive the message, "Application could not be installed. Please ensure there is an internet connection." There is definitely an internet connection so there is some issue with these specific models and connecting to Zoom. Anyone know how to resolve?

I previously had the ability to turn the waiting room on or off in a meeting, now, it is no longer there. That seems like a basic security feature that should be available. Did Zoom remove that for basic account customers?
