We are wanting to have our remote staff join us in the head office whenever they want, so they feel part of the office (see everyone and listen/contribute to the general office gossip and conversations). What's the best way to organise this? Currently we have a recurring meeting that we start every morning - which works - but wondering if there is a better way.

When watching the video, it says to go to the top right of the screen and click on photo and it should take you to settings. I don't get that. I am on a basic plan and it just says PLANS AND PRICING and SIGN OUT. On the LHS of the screen I can go into MEETINGS, ADVANCED and check the VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS and the tab is enabled. Again on the LHS I can go into ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, but no settings option comes up. Just ACCOUNT PROFILE, BILLING, REPORTS. In the written help, it says to log out and log back in as an administrator. How do I do that? My profile just calls me OWNER. But apparently you need to be a administrator to do the settings correctly. I remember when I first went onto Zoom I had access, and the 2nd time I went into Zoom, I didn't. I am going around in circles. Please help. I know the free basic plan does have access to backgrounds because I have a friend who does use one, but she has no idea what is wrong in my situation.

I have a client who is asking me for a SIP address for them to join a meeting. My account does not have any SIP/H.323 room system, it's just a normal pro account. All the info I've found says they need to enter the IP address followed by the meeting ID. But what IP address? do they need? Their IP address that the device is connected to? Do they need my public IP address? It's not at all clear what they need to join a meeting. Are they even able to join a regular meeting from this SIP thing? Likely my client has a shinny new thing that they have no idea how to use properly. And I really don't know anything about SIP connectors.

We have DTEN ON55 units with Zoom Room license. How do we host a meeting using the Zoom Room license? Does this eliminate the 40-minute meeting length restriction?
On iPad Controllers and Schedulers with or without SingleAppMode/Kiosk mode. As I understand it these security updates are included in main iOS point versions, so to me it makes some sense. If I have a smart TV in our office lobby and would like to set it up for Digital Signage, what additional hardware or application is needed to communicate with our Zoom Account?
We use Zoom Room with Polycom X50 for our meeting rooms. If I search a zoom room from the calendar of the Zoom app, there is a very long email address attached to the zoom room. What are those email addresses and what do they do? BTW, can i change them somewhere of the admin portal? Thanks

Hi all, Could you please help to schedule a Microsoft Teams Room Zoom meeting without having to enter user name & passcode to join? Below is settings in my Zoom account portal (image: Zoom portal 1 & Zoom portal 2) But it's still asking me to enter the meeting passcode and Name before join the meeting (image: MRT1; MRT2) Thanks.
