Is there a way to persistently connect (pair) a Zoom Rooms tablet controller to a Zoom Room on a different network?
If the tablet is on WiFi and on a different VLAN and subnet for example?

Hi, We have set up the Zoom Rooms with 3 displays. (1) 98" TV, (2) 75" touch display and (3) 10" touch display for the controller. When a user starts content sharing, it will show on the 75" touch display. 98" TV keep showing the gallery view. But we would like to make the 98" TV default for showing the content share. 75" touch display shows the gallery view but able to switch by the controller option "View". Is it possible? Thank you.

When connecting to our Zoom Room via HDMI the laptops sound can't be heard. The laptop's HDMI audio shows up as a separate microphone. The only way to hear the laptop's audio is to switch from the Room's microphone from the DSP ceiling mics to the HDMI audio input. Of course this means that remote attendees can now only hear the laptop audio and not the presenter. One hardware solution is to use an HDMI audio extractor and route the laptop audio through the DSP, but it seems like this is something Zoom should handle gracefully in software. Is there a setting I'm missing? If the laptop shares to the room wirelessly, all the audio works fine, but presenters really like the HDMI connection because it allows them to see their PowerPoint presenters notes on their laptop and connecting through the Zoom client does not. Also some guest speakers are not allowed to run Zoom on their laptops.

We have just purchased Neat-frame devices to use for zoom rooms. I have created a zoom room in room management under Admin in web portal and configured the same However, after successfully pairing the device, when trying to login with the created zoom room, the message always come up stating "You need to configure it in your Web account before you can use it" Although it has been configure correctly and exactly as pre-existing zoom rooms. Can someone please share, any similar hurdle experienced whilst configuring the Neat-Frame device.

Even though I have "Record active speaker with shared screen" enabled for this room, when I record an instant meeting, It does not record the room's cameras in the top right corner, I only get content. If there is no content, I get the camera view.
