Remove Zoom Rooms licenses

I cannot  remove my  Zoom Rooms licenses. Please help with the step by step on how to do it.

How to delete role members

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as the account owner or user with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Roles.
  3. Click the Role Members tab.
  4. To the right of the user you want to remove, click the trash buttonFrank_TB_0-1683155455449.png

  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Remove to confirm.

Hi,

 

Once you setup a Zoom Room, it automatically uses a ZR license. Once you delete it, it will free the license.
