Previously, I used to be able to enter the serial number, and select the manufacture from a drop-down, of the device and controller when I created the Zoom Room.  This allowed the device to auto-provision once it came online.  This was very helpful especially deploying systems remotely, allowing the gear to work immediately with out the installer needing to enter activation codes.  However, it appears to no longer be a thing. 

I am going to be using zoom breakout rooms for online interviews and I need for the leader in the room to be able to let me know when they are done with the interview.  Is there a way for the leader in the breakout room to Chat with the host to let them know it is ok to send in the next person?

Our Zoom Room camera is suddenly not working.  When we called support it wouldn't recognize our number.  Called sales to see if the could transfer and was told we couldn't talk to a live person unless we upgraded our account to one costing $200 /month.  We currently have a paid account that allows 100 people to attend a meeting.  Is this true?  Do we have any recourse?  The chat was not helpful and my organization now has $4,400 worth of equipment we can't use which has already resulted in the cancellation of a meeting.  Let me know if you have any suggestions.  Thank you!

Last night I switched my wife's laptop/2nd monitor system to extended desktop so both are different.  Previously they had both showed the same thing and zoom worked fine with the camera on the external monitor selected.  Now, despite selecting the zoom camera selector on the external monitor, the video image turns off and on (mostly off), and has lines across it when on.  The camera on indicator light turns off and on too.  Anyone have this problem too and solved it?
